<h2>Why most of Thais have heart disease.  </h2>

Firstly, people need to understand that a major cause of serious diseases which have killed many Thais is our unhealthy lifestyle such as heart disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, high blood pressure including cancer. Accordingly called as  noncommunicable disease or NCDs, which are diseases that we have created from our habits. Especially eating or consumption of high fat food which is an obvious major cause of coronary disease. It is one of the top diseases that cause Thai people to death.   Note: NCDs = Non-communicable disease
