Service Procedure:
Service Recipients (Under 15 years old):
- Contact the service registration point, Building 1, 3rd Floor.
- Fill out medical history forms.
- Preliminary medical check-up.
- Consultation with pediatrician.
- Receive vaccination and vaccination record.
- Payment at the cashier on the 2nd floor.
Service Hours: Open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
Service Recipients (15 years old and above):
- Contact the service registration point, Building 1, 3rd Floor.
- Fill out medical history forms.
- Preliminary medical check-up.
- Consultation with a physician.
- Vaccination and receive vaccination record.
- Payment at the cashier on the 2nd floor.
