Who Should Get Screened?

1. Women aged 35 and older should get screened annually.
2. Those with a family history of cancer should start screening before turning 35.
3. Women who have never given birth or had their first child after the age of 30.
4. Women who have used hormone replacement therapy for an extended period.
5. Individuals who are overweight or consume alcohol regularly.

Important Information: For patients with a history of breast augmentation surgery, kindly inform the hospital staff before receiving services.

1. The price covers all physician fees, hospital services, and nursing charges.
2. This package is available exclusively for Thai nationals, expatriates with work permits in Thailand, and those with a Thai spouse.
3. This package is suitable for individuals aged 35 and over.
4. The price does not include fees for consultations with other specialized centers. If abnormalities are found and further treatment is needed, additional physician fees will be the responsibility of service recipients.
5. For individuals who have undergone breast surgery or breast augmentation with silicone and wish to use this package, additional charges may apply based on the actual service requirements.
6. If you have any chronic conditions or a medical history, kindly bring relevant documents with you to assist in the diagnosis.

8. This package cannot be exchanged for other programs and is not redeemable for cash.

Conditions for Using Add-On Package

1. This Add-On package is available only for service recipients who purchase Breast Cancer Screening package.
2. This Add-On package is transferable and does not need to be used by the same person who purchased Breast Cancer Screening package.
3. This Add-On package is valid for one use per person.
